NO DRUGS, NO GLOW: Garrie Charles Culver, 46, accused by the city of Fountain Valley of allowing drug sales at his condo, failed this week to get a judge to rescind an order that “No Drugs” signs be posted outside his doors. Superior Court Judge C. Robert Jameson even said the city could put up its own signs, since Culver’s looked “kind of ratty.” But the judge warned city officials: Nothing in glow colors or two-inch thick letters: just something easy to read--and waterproof.
