Low Levels From Down Under

Two Australian wines with lower-than-usual alcohol levels, Seppelts Reduced Alcohol Chardonnay and Orlando Bin 62 Chardonnay, are drier and have better flavor than the nonalcoholic wines being marketed in this country, thanks to the newly developed “spinning cone” technology. Watch for them--they may arrive in this country one day.
