Chairman Appointed: William Foote, president of Irvine-based Southwest Diversified Partners, has been appointed chairman of the executive committee at USC’s Lusk Center for Real Estate Development.

The center sponsors a variety of training and educational programs for real estate and property development professionals.

Foote is a graduate of USC’s economics school.
