Paul T. McGraw has joined National Bank of Southern California as vice president and commercial loan officer. He will be located in the bank’s South County regional office in Lake Forest. He was formerly marketing manager for Amplicon Financial in Santa Ana. Before that, McGraw was group manager for GE Capital Corp. in Atlanta.
