Herschel E. Copelan has been appointed chief of medical oncology for the newly opened Cancer Treatment Centers of America, a 30-bed unit at Brea Community Hospital. He was previously medical oncologist at the Cancer Treatment Center of Tulsa, Okla., and medical director of the Cellcor Biocare Center at St. Joseph Medical Center in Orange.
