An ‘End’ to Harassment?American fans aren’t the only obsessed ones. “Howards End” star Helena Bonham-Carter, won an order from London’s High Court Thursday barring a Scottish fan from pestering her or her family, approaching her home or contacting her by telephone. The British actress, 26, is said to have been harassed for years by Andrew Farquharson, who was arrested on her doorstep last year.
