US Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa parent company for underwriting management and reinsurance firms reported that its profit for 1992 dropped 34% to $4.6 million, or 78 cents a share, from $7 million, or $1.64 a share, for 1991. Revenue rose 32% to $84.3 million from $63.8 million. For the fourth quarter, earnings declined 43% to $1.2 million, or 20 cents a share, from $2.1 million, or 45 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Revenue, however, was up 41% to $23.4 million from $16.6 million. The company attributed the decline in profit to several factors, including losses from Hurricanes Andrew and Iniki.
