PALMDALE : City to Award 21 Scholarships

The Palmdale City Council will spend $25,000 for 21 college scholarships for students attending Highland, Littlerock, Quartz Hill, Paraclete and Palmdale high schools. The scholarships will include three $4,000 awards and 10 $500 scholarships.
