Paul Simon on Broadway: Singer-songwriter Paul Simon is Broadway bound. Simon, appearing on Friday’s “Charlie Rose” talk show on PBS, said his next project is a Broadway musical in collaboration with Derek Wolcott, the Pulitzer Prize-winning poet and Simon’s good friend. But, for now, Simon is in L.A. to perform with another one of his friends, Art Garfunkel, at a benefit concert for the Los Angeles Children’s Health Project tonight at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.
