Museum

Now that Bullocks Wilshire is officially closing as a department store, how about recycling it into a museum?
The first floor could be for Art Deco and gifts; the rest for folk art and craft, craftsman and Art Nouveau; even the tearoom could have costume fashion shows from the appropriate periods.
What a great location and environment for a museum. It even has lots of parking.
