The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between March 8 and 14:
Glendale
Linden Avenue, 1200 block--$10,000 cash was reported stolen from a house that showed no signs of forced entry.
Alpha Road, 1800 block--Burglars broke the window of a house and stole a TV, a VCR, two guns and clothing, valued at $945, between 9 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. March 9.
Buena Vista Avenue, 3500 block--A woman walking on a sidewalk at 3:35 p.m. March 9 was pulled to the ground by a man and robbed of her purse, which contained $400 cash.
West California Avenue, 100 block--Burglars broke the windows of a sandwich shop March 10 or 11, vandalized it and painted gang graffiti inside and out.
Dunsmore Avenue, 5100 block--Burglars used a key to enter a mobile home between 8:30 and 11:30 p.m. March 11, stealing jewelry valued at $1,000 and $198 cash.
Broadway and Columbus Avenue--A man leaving a restaurant at 1 a.m. March 11 was thrown to the ground and robbed at gunpoint of a knife and about $100 cash by two men who fled in a vehicle.
South Glendale Avenue, 700 block--Thieves broke a plate glass window, valued at $1,000, entered a tire store and stole an unknown number of tires at 7:15 p.m. March 11.
5th Street, 1500 block--Four VCRs, a computer and printer, valued at $2,729, were stolen from several classrooms at Thomas Jefferson School on March 11 or 12.
Las Flores Drive, 1600 block--A stereo valued at $3,500, three jackets valued at $1,100 and two handguns of unknown value were stolen from a reserve police officer’s house between 6:30 a.m. and 9:15 p.m. March 12.
North Glendale Avenue, 500 block--A fabric store clerk was robbed at gunpoint of $155 cash at 4 p.m. March 12 by a man who fled on foot.
Palm Drive, 400 block--A woman leaving her car at 12:30 a.m. March 13 was robbed of $280 cash when a man placed an unknown object to her back and demanded her wallet.
South Adams Street, 400 block--A pizza delivery man was robbed at gunpoint of a pizza valued at $20 and an unknown amount of cash at 10:35 p.m. March 13.
North Pacific Avenue, 800 block--A man with a gun and a nylon stocking over his head robbed a service station clerk of an unknown amount of cash at 8:42 p.m. March 14.
La Canada Flintridge
Ocean View Boulevard, 5400 block--Thieves damaged a doorknob of a house with a wrench and stole one pen set, valued at $125, between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. March 9.
Atwater Village
San Fernando Road, 3000 block--Video equipment and recorded music, valued at $31,720, were stolen from a storage shed between Feb. 27 and March 8.
Casitas Avenue, 3500 block--Thieves entered an unlocked house between 6:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. March 8 and stole $2,250 cash.
Montrose
Prospect Avenue, 2500 block--Burglars broke the doorknob of a house between 8 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. March 8 and stole jewelry valued at $2,200.
Cypress Park
Cypress Avenue, 600 block--A TV and money valued at $1,050 were stolen from an unlocked house between 4:30 and 10:30 p.m. March 12.
Eagle Rock
Medlow Avenue, 2600 block--Jewelry valued at $20,000 was stolen from a house between 7:50 a.m. and 6 p.m. March 9.
Eagle Rock Boulevard, 4900 block--Three men in a car pulled over to a woman on the sidewalk and snatched her purse, which contained jewelry and money valued at $5,000, at 3 p.m. March 11.
Round Top Drive, 4700 block--Jewelry valued at $1,250 was stolen from a house between 8:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m March 12.
Echo Park
Solano Avenue and Pasadena Freeway (110)--Two men with a knife robbed a man in a park at 4 p.m. March 8 of money and jewelry, valued at $1,420.
North Echo Park Avenue, 1300 block--Three men robbed a man in a parking lot of his wallet, keys and money, valued at $48, then fled in the victim’s vehicle at 11:30 p.m. March 8.
Liberty Street, 1500 block--Video equipment and a TV, valued at $1,360, were stolen from a house, which was also ransacked, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. March 9.
Everett Street, 1000 block--A man in his garage was robbed at gunpoint of $130 cash at 9 p.m. March 9 by two men.
Scott Avenue and McCollum Street--A man reported that three men in a vehicle fired three shots at him with a sawed-off shotgun at 10:30 p.m. March 9.
Logan Street, 1400 block--Two men got out of a vehicle at 9 p.m. March 10 with a shotgun and robbed a man on the street of money and jewelry of unknown value.
Sunset Boulevard and Portia Street--Three men with a sawed-off shotgun robbed two people at a gas station of their vehicle at 12:01 a.m. March 11.
Lemoyne Street, 1500 block--A woman gave her keys to two men with a sawed-off shotgun at 2:30 a.m. March 11, and they fled in the victim’s vehicle.
Echo Park Avenue and Grafton Street--A man asked another man on the street for a cigarette, then pulled a gun and robbed the victim of his vehicle at 2 p.m. March 11.
Edendale Place, 2200 block--Burglars entered a house through an unlocked side window and stole jewelry and clothing, valued at $3,300, between 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. March 12.
Sunset Boulevard and Echo Park Avenue--A man in a car was forced out of his vehicle at gunpoint by a man who robbed him of $125 cash and fled in the victim’s vehicle at 2:30 a.m. March 13.
Park Row and Buena Vista drives--A man taking pictures in a park was robbed of money and jewelry, valued at $759, by three men armed with ice picks.
Glassell Park
Drew Street, 3200 block--Money and jewelry valued at $1,525 were stolen from a house between 4 a.m. and 1 p.m. March 8.
Chapman Avenue, 3200 block--Burglars entered an apartment through an unlocked side window and stole money and jewelry valued at $1,600 between 4:30 and 9 p.m. March 9.
Scarboro Street, 3300 block--Thieves smashed the rear doors of a house and stole a stereo and video equipment, valued at $1,425, between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. March 10.
Isabel Drive, 2000 block--Burglars pried open the side door of a house and stole a TV at 10 p.m. March 13.
Highland Park
Lincoln Avenue, 4900 block--Household goods valued at $3,000 were stolen from a garage between March 7 and 9.
Fayette Street, 5700 block--A man with a gun fled in a car left running while the owner opened a garage at 12:20 a.m. March 8.
Avenue 52 and Figueroa Street--A woman on a sidewalk at 5:55 a.m. March 8 was robbed of a bag and computer equipment, valued at $250, by a man with a gun.
Street, 5200 block--A fast-food restaurant clerk was robbed of $500 cash by a man with a gun at 8:05 p.m. March 8.
Echo Street, 5000 block--A man was arrested after he robbed a man at knifepoint of his vehicle and then became involved in a traffic collision at 8:35 p.m. March 8.
Figueroa Street, 5300 block--Thieves broke the rear lock off a fast-food restaurant and stole a stereo and food, valued at $3,000, on March 9 or 10.
Avenue 54 and Abbott Place--A man got out of a vehicle, asked a woman on the street for directions and then snatched jewelry valued at $342 from her neck at 1:55 p.m. March 11.
Meridian and Lewis streets--A woman on the street was robbed of her necklace, valued at $380, by a man who fled on foot at 2:45 p.m. March 11.
Figueroa Street, 6000 block--A man with a handgun robbed a business clerk of money and clothing, valued at $44, at 3:10 p.m. March 14.
Los Feliz
Edgemont Street, 1800 block--Two men knocked a woman to the ground and robbed her of a purse and contents, valued at $2,000, at 7:45 p.m. March 9.
Franklin Avenue, 4600 block--A gunman robbed a mini-market clerk of money and cigarettes, valued at $123, at 4:30 a.m. March 10.
Lyman Place, 1600 block--A man reported that on March 10 he gave $10,480 cash to a man and woman who said they were police officers combatting forgery.
Fountain Avenue, 4500 block--A woman on a sidewalk was robbed of $50 cash at 8:45 p.m. March 10 by two men who had a gun.
Ames Street, 2100 block--A man unlocking his vehicle at 9:30 p.m. March 11 was robbed at gunpoint of $12 by a group of three males.
Sanborn Avenue, 1200 block--Three men pushed a man to the ground, put a knife to his back and robbed him of a wallet and money, valued at $660, at 8:55 p.m. March 12.
Vermont Avenue and Sunset Boulevard--Two men ran up behind a man on the street and snatched a bag, which contained cash and documents valued at $600, at 6 a.m. March 13.
Holly Knoll Drive, 4200 block--A pet pig valued at $1,500 was snatched from the front yard of a house at 9 a.m. March 14, by a man who fled in a vehicle with a woman.
Silver Lake
Effie Street, 4000 block--Thieves pried open the door of a house and stole jewelry and a TV, valued at $29,900, between 6 and 10:30 p.m. March 7.
Sunset Boulevard, 3800 block--Four men with a handgun entered a business at 10:30 a.m. March 8 and grabbed typewriters and computer equipment, valued at $3,200.
Loma Vista Place, 2300 block--Burglars climbed into a house through a side window between 9:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. March 9 and stole jewelry and telephone equipment, valued at $10,225.
