Police Say Man Caught in Drug Lab
An Anaheim man is being held in jail without bail after his arrest Friday night on suspicion of manufacturing methamphetamine, or speed, in a garage in La Habra.
Kenneth Harrington, 51, was booked on charges of making and possessing methamphetamine, possessing the chemicals used in its manufacture and violating the terms of his parole. The arrest about 8:45 p.m. followed a joint investigation by La Habra police and the state Bureau of Narcotics Enforcement.
