LITTLE IS OK: The county’s AIDS Services Foundation is doing what it can to help more than 500 AIDS victims. But there’s a new problem: About one-fourth of the AIDS patients speak Spanish only, but few of the volunteers are bilingual. . . . “A little Spanish goes a long way,” says the foundation’s Ernest Montes. “We don’t need a Ph.D. in the language, just a volunteer who can help get our Spanish-speaking people to the doctor.”
