Voicing Concerns Over Teen Pregnancy
A solution to pregnancies among unmarried teen-agers would be for the state and federal government to stop funding all medical care and welfare support payments.
Having to support themselves and their babies, rather than the taxpayer footing the bills, would make having a baby out of wedlock a lot less appealing.
