Hillary Clinton as ‘Consort’
Although I agreed with the basic premise in “Hillary’s Role as Consort” (Opinion, March 21), I found it ludicrous to compare her to Catherine the Great. You failed to mention that Czar Peter III had the mentality of a 10-year-old and was rumored to be more interested in playing with toy soldiers than in governing a country. Luckily, Catherine was at least a rational person who attempted to do what her mentally deficient husband could not.
