6 Seriously Hurt in 2-Car Crash

HUNTINGTON BEACH — Six people were seriously injured Wednesday night in a two-car accident on Golden West Street, police said.
The accident occurred at 6:20 p.m. just north of Heil Street. Police said a car driven by Hector Hernandez, 22, of Fountain Valley, collided with a car driven by Holly Delong, 18, of Lake Elsinore.
Hernandez was airlifted to UCI Medical Center in Orange, where he was in serious condition. A passenger, whose name was not released, was taken to the same hospital with serious injuries.
Three passengers in Delong’s car, whose names were not available, were taken to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana and Huntington Beach Medical Center with serious injuries, police said.
