AGING RADICAL: If you followed at all the anti-Vietnam War protests of the 1960s, then poet-demonstrator Allen Ginsberg is probably a name from your past. But Ginsberg still makes a living the way he did then--writing poetry and speaking up for the counterculture at college campus appearances. . . . He appears tonight at Chapman University, where he’s almost sold out: $5 admission, $3 for students or senior citizens.
