Water District Officials and Their Perks
When we had a water shortage, I saved on my water. I was then charged $1 more for “low water usage.” Now I know why! I suggest that Walter W. Knitz and Michael P. Lord must have graduated from the same college of ethics as Daniel Hernandez.
