SHALOM! Passover, one of the major Jewish holidays, begins tonight with a Seder, a family feast so important that many travel great distances to be home. . . . But few traveled farther than Dina Berkowitz, 18, of Huntington Beach, who flew some 12,000 miles to return from Kharkov, Ukraine. . . . After the holidays, she will go back overseas to her volunteer work. Says Berkowitz: “It’s very, very important. It’s the only time we’re all together.” There are roughly 60,000 Jews in Orange County.
