CAMARILLO : Panel Urges OK of Townhouse Project
The Camarillo Planning Commission has recommended approval of construction of 52 townhouses at the new Spanish Hills development at the west end of the city.
Commissioners voted unanimously Tuesday in favor of Spanish Hills Development Co.’s proposal, which will now go before the City Council for approval.
The complex of two-bedroom condominiums will be located at Calle Tierra Vista and Crestview Avenue near the Spanish Hills clubhouse that overlooks the Ventura Freeway just east of Central Avenue.
