Man to Stand Trial in Death of Brother
A Pomona man accused of cutting off his older brother’s head has been ordered to stand trial on murder charges.
Municipal Judge Reginald Yates found there was enough evidence to hold Charles Henry Bowshier, 25, over for trial. Bowshier is scheduled for an April 20 arraignment in Superior Court. Relatives found the decapitated body of Donald Bowshier, 29, on Feb. 5 at the family’s home. Police had broken up a fight between the brothers a day earlier.
