Drug Raid at Scott Ranch
What horrifies me is that the taxpayers will have to pay the civil penalties arising from this egregious violation of Fourth Amendment rights resulting from this fraudulent abuse of authority in obtaining a search warrant for this private residence.
Since it is these police agencies that profit from their escapades into private residences, let them, not the taxpayer, pay for their civil liberty violations from their own budgets and not from the already cash-strapped coffers of the citizens of this county.
