FULLERTON : Police Trying to Find Alzheimer’s Patient
Police are seeking the public’s help in locating an 80-year-old Alzheimer’s patient who has not returned home since riding away from his house in Fullerton on a bicycle Saturday morning.
Ion Muresan, a Romanian who speaks no English, was last seen Saturday about 9 a.m. riding a blue 10-speed men’s bicycle at his residence in the 2500 block of West Ash Avenue, Sgt. Bonnie Wolf said.
No foul play is suspected in the disappearance, Wolf said. However, Muresan carries no identification and sometimes forgets his name and where he lives, she said.
Muresan disappeared once before and was found in La Mirada on his bicycle, Wolf said.
