NANNYGATE: The income tax deadline is only three days away, but some Orange County residents are still thinking about Zoe Baird’s unsuccessful bid to become U.S. attorney general. . . . The Laguna Niguel office of the Internal Revenue Service is doing a brisk business in 942 forms--the documents employers must file to pay wage taxes on household help, says IRS spokeswoman Judith Golden. . . . She said Baird’s experience--hiring an illegal alien as a baby sitter and failing to pay wage taxes--is serving as “a learning experience” for thousands.
