U.S. cycling champion Dirk Copeland was one of three cyclists who tested positive for use of stimulants in urine tests taken during last week’s Vuelta del Uruguay race. Copeland tested positive for presence of amphetamines and meta-amphetamines in two separate urine tests, a race official said.
