American Health Services: The Newport Beach operator of diagnostic and treatment centers posted a loss for the fourth quarter and fiscal year. For the year, the company said Monday, it lost $14.7 million, or $1.51 a share. That contrasted with a profit of $1 million, or 7 cents, for 1991. Annual revenue was $38.3 million, down from $41.8 million. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $14.1 million, or $1.47 a share, contrasted with a profit of $601,000, or 4 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Three-month revenue was $9.4 million, down from $10.3 million.
