2 Officers Guilty in King Case

I am too constrained to do it, but after Saturday’s verdict, I felt like embracing every black person I saw on the street.
Policemen with the mentality of Daryl Gates simply don’t get it. When the police have a suspect under their control, they do not have the right to abuse him in any way.
It is ironic that it took a felon like King, to bring about the recognition of the need by policemen to be respectful of the constitutional rights of every human being.
