You can get a crash course Wednesday when county supervisors hold an all-day workshop at the Hall of Administration in Santa Ana. They will hear about everything from courts and welfare to libraries, parks, and fire service. . . . But no talking, please: The first chance for the public to comment on the county’s $93-million fiscal shortfall won’t come until June.
