The following are selected entries from the crime logs of local law enforcement agencies between April 12 and 18.

Glendale

Stanley Avenue, 1400 block--Thieves, possibly using a key, stole miscellaneous items including computer equipment, two bicycles and stereo equipment, valued together at $1,919, from an apartment storage locker between March 17 and April 17.

Glenwood Road, 600 block--Smashing windows to gain entry, thieves stole a TV, stereo equipment and $72 from high school classrooms between April 10 and 13.

Louise and Harvard streets--Two robbers demanded a woman’s purse, then punched and kicked her until she fled at 7 p.m. April 12.

Pepper Way, 900 block--Thieves pried open a rear-door window frame to steal TV and stereo equipment and jewelry, valued together at $6,400, between 6 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. April 14.

West Broadway, 300 block--While a pizza store employee was distracted taking a bogus telephone order, a thief entered through the back door and stole $800 in cash and a video camera, valued together at $400, at 1:40 p.m. April 14.

North Brand Boulevard, 200 block--Jewelry valued at $4,560 was stolen from a store between 2 and 3 p.m. April 14.

West Dryden Street, 400 block--Thieves broke into a storage shed and stole stereo equipment and tools, valued together at $2,200, on April 14 or 15.

Kenneth Road and Sonora Avenue--Robbers grabbed a purse from a woman sitting at a bus stop at 5 p.m. April 15.

West Palmer Avenue, 100 block--Vandals damaged door moldings and plumbing fixtures in three apartments between 11:30 and 11:55 a.m. April 15.

Capistrano Avenue, 1300 block--Antique Italian figurines were stolen from a home on April 15 or 16.

North Central Avenue, 500 block--A person suspected of breaking into a doctor’s office and taking numerous packages of medications was arrested April 17.

East Broadway, 1400 block--Vandals smashed two windows in a high school cafeteria, then entered a teachers dining room and turned over empty garbage cans on April 17 or 18.

La Canada Flintridge

Inverness Drive, 1100 block--Thieves left a rear door open after stealing a TV and stereo equipment, valued together at $1,685, from a private residence between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. April 14.

Foothill Boulevard, 2100 block--Thieves shoplifted dollhouse decorations, valued at $1,509, from House of Fabrics on April 14 or 15.

Foothill Boulevard, 700 block--A robber took a woman’s purse containing $300 in cash as she left a bank at 3:55 p.m. April 15.

La Crescenta

Ramsdell Avenue, 4600 block--Thieves stole jewelry, valued at $1,050, between 8 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. April 13.

Atwater Village

Fletcher Drive, 2800 block--Thieves threw a brick through a window and climbed on a trash can to enter a store and steal cash and a TV, valued together at $4,660, on April 11 or 12.

Atwater Avenue, 3500 block--Thieves stole jewelry and other property, valued together at $3,550, from a residence between 7:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. April 14.

Eagle Rock

Colorado Boulevard, 1700 block--Showing a handgun, a bandit went to a drive-up window at a fast-food restaurant and made off with $110 at 12:45 a.m. April 12.

Colorado Boulevard, 1000 block--Thieves used a crowbar to pry open an air vent, then ransacked a nightclub and stole cash and liquor, valued together at $2,529, on April 12 or 13.

Echo Park

Echo Park Avenue and Delta Street--While taking a woman’s purse, thieves dragged her with their car, then fled with $139 at 5:30 a.m. April 12.

Stadium Way and Elysian Park Avenue--A jogger was punched when a thief asked him for cigarettes, then stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $1,098, at 3 p.m. April 14.

Reservoir boulevards--A robber with a handgun took a woman’s purse and $135 at 6:10 a.m. April 15.

Boulevard, 1300 block--Thieves forced open a side window and stole cash and jewelry, valued together at $1,650, between 4 and 5 p.m. April 17.

Echo Park Avenue, 1600 block--Robbers with a gun took $300 from a gas station at 8:30 a.m. April 18.

Park Avenue and Academy Road--Robbers with a knife approached a man from behind and took cash and jewelry, valued together at $115, at 3:30 p.m. April 18.

Glassell Park

Verdugo Road and Avenue 37--Two thieves on a motorcycle stopped and pointed a gun at a man, taking $120 at 8:30 p.m. April 12.

Eagle Rock Boulevard, 3300 block--After cutting bars on a perimeter gate, thieves stole equipment, valued at $12,400, from a garment factory at 5:30 a.m. April 16.

Highland Park

Figueroa Street and Avenue 60--While trying to get information after a minor traffic collision, a woman was struck with a car anti-theft device by a thief who stole her purse and $200 at 1:10 a.m. April 12.

Lewis Street, 400 block--A bandit took credit cards and $40 at 12:50 p.m. April 17.

Avenue 56 and Figueroa Street--Gunmen stole a car belonging to the driver’s boss at 10:50 p.m. April 17.

Figueroa Street, 5700 block--Gunmen took liquor, valued at $90, from a mini-market at 1:30 a.m. April 18.

North Figueroa Street, 5600 block--Tear gas was sprayed inside a movie theater at 4:30 p.m. April 18.

Figueroa Street, 5800 block--An assailant with a handgun stole $90 from a fast-food restaurant at 6:30 p.m. April 18.

Los Feliz

Fountain Avenue and Edgemont Street--After asking for cigarettes, a thief stole $40 from a man’s pocket at 1:40 a.m. April 12.

Westmoreland Avenue, 1200 block--Thieves entered through an open third-story window and stole a TV and video equipment, valued together at $1,049, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:40 p.m. April 12.

Clayton Avenue, 3800 block--Thieves entered through an unlocked window and stole a TV and jewelry, valued together at $9,980, between 4:15 and 10:45 p.m. April 16.

Mt. Washington

North Figueroa, 3300 block--Using a key to gain entry, thieves stole sporting goods, valued at $510, from a junior high school between April 9 and 12.

North Avenue 46, 1400 block--Thieves stole household goods and tools, valued together at $1,100, on April 12 or 13.

East Avenue 36, 100 block--Thieves smashed the glass in a rear door and stole a TV, valued at $1,800, between 7:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. April 14.

Silver Lake

Baxter Street, 2200 block--Using bodily force, thieves broke open a front door and stole a TV and radio, valued together at $1,000, between March 24 and April 13.

Griffith Park Boulevard, 1700 block--Pulling alongside in a vehicle, robbers showed a handgun and took money and computer equipment, valued together at $745, from a man on a sidewalk at 8:15 a.m. April 12.

Santa Monica Boulevard and Hoover Street--Bandits with a screwdriver threatened a man at a pay phone and took his watch, valued at $150, at 8:45 p.m. April 12.

Riverside Drive, 3100 block--Thieves stole cash and video equipment, valued together at $1,513, from a residence between 6 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. April 13.

Russell and Commonwealth Avenues--Showing a knife, bandits took cash and clothing, valued at $480, at 8:35 p.m. April 14.
