Pacific Therapies Acquired: Pacific Therapies, which provides rehabilitation therapy services to 22 long-term care facilities in Southern California, has been acquired by GranCare Inc. in Culver City. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Pacific Therapies, based in Huntington Beach, also operates five outpatient therapy clinics in Southern California and is opening a sixth in May. The company will continue to be operated by Chief Executive Larry L. Frederickson and other members of the existing management team, GranCare officials said.
