Clinton Staff Change

Re “Clinton Staff to Change--How Is Uncertain,” May 5:

After more than 100 days of 180-degree position changes, waffling over issues and continuing indecision, President Clinton plans to make appropriate changes . . . as soon as he and his staff decide what to prescribe, when, and the announcement of these decision-making changes may be further away.

By the way, the Procrastinator’s Club meeting scheduled for tomorrow will probably be held next week, or the week after.
