World IN BRIEF : COLOMBIA : Crew Reaches Crash Site, Recovers Bodies

Rescuers on foot reached the mountain crash site of a Colombian jetliner and recovered 36 bodies, radio networks reported. All 132 aboard the plane were believed killed. The team made up of civil defense and Red Cross workers struggled to the site after gusty winds prevented air search helicopters from landing. Helicopters will try to airlift the bodies out, radio reports said. Seven Americans were among those killed.
