SIMI VALLEY : Residents Can View Preliminary Budget for 1993-94 Fiscal Year
Simi Valley officials will allow residents to review the city’s preliminary 1993-94 budget, beginning Tuesday, and will hold a public review of the document on Thursday.
The budget is the proposed spending plan for the fiscal year that begins July 1.
Residents will be able to review copies of the budget at Simi Valley City Hall at 2929 Tapo Canyon Road, and the Simi Valley Library at 2969 Tapo Canyon Road.
On Thursday, city staff members will answer questions about the budget and listen to suggestions from residents during the public meeting, which begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room at City Hall.
The City Council will hold additional budget meetings in June before adopting a final spending plan.
