Davis Named Executive VP at American Savings Bank

Craig S. Davis, has been named to the newly created position of executive vice president and director of mortgage origination for American Savings Bank in Irvine. Davis joined American Savings in 1989 to establish ASB Financial Services, a wholly owned subsidiary offering investments and insurance products. He served as president of that subsidiary until his current appointment. Before joining American, Davis was with Home Savings of America, where he co-founded and operated its broker-dealer operation.
