Lon Adams has been appointed director of strategic planning for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates Inc. in Costa Mesa, a subsidiary of the Prudential in New York. Before joining Prudential, Adams spent three years at R.R. Gable Realtors in Northridge, where he was responsible for maintaining corporate relocation and institutional REO accounts. Also, William Jilbert has been appointed vice president of operations, Western region, for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. He will act as liaison between Prudential’s regional office and 200 independently owned and operated locations in 13 states. Before joining Prudential, Jilbert was executive vice president of Kennedy-Wilson Inc. in Santa Monica, the largest real estate auction company in the world.
