Linda Hope is mistaken in your cover story “The Road to Ninety” (TV Times, May 9). NBC’s peacock only goes back to the ‘50s, when the network went into color broadcasting.
No, the only NBC symbol that’s been around longer than Bob Hope is the chimes.
