Big Crimes, Little Crimes: All Are Wrong

Share

I truly find this article troubling. The small-time criminal is everywhere in our society (according to the article). I never truly thought of it as such a large problem.

Dr. Alfred Coodley’s comments were the most convincing as to the reason people tend to deviate from known rules. It all goes back to the family and how the parents’ moral values were established in the child.

There are many people who did have a rigid set of morals established by their parents. I truly feel that if we all just use a little more integrity in our daily lives, those who didn’t get those morals will learn by the example we set. After all, children are not the only people who think that actions speak louder than words.
