Martha O’Brien Ingram, 75, San Marino community leader on the boards of the Los Angeles Orphanage Guild and St. Luke’s Hospital of Arcadia. Mrs. Ingram lived in her hometown of Louisville, Ky., for many years and served as president of the Junior League of Louisville. She later served on the national board of Junior League.
