Nation IN BRIEF : FLORIDA : Stowaway to Be Sent Home to Colombia

A Colombian teen-ager who said he stowed away to Miami in the wheel well of a cargo jet will be sent back to his homeland, U.S. immigration officials said. Juan Carlos Guzman, 16, arrived June 4 aboard an Arca Airlines DC-8 jet, saying he took the three-hour trip from Cali tucked inside the plane’s landing-gear wheel well. Walter Cadman, Miami director of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, said Guzman lied about his identity, claiming to be a 13-year-old orphan.
