Associated Press
TYRE, Lebanon —
Israeli helicopters fired rockets at suspected Palestinian guerrilla bases in a refugee camp Friday. Police said one guerrilla was slightly wounded.
They said two Cobra gunships fired at least three rockets into the El-Buss shantytown on Tyre’s northern outskirts.
Tyre, 15 miles north of the border with Israel, is flanked by three Palestinian refugee camps, where guerrillas maintain offices, arms depots and training centers.
