A Wave of American Interest: China was named as a place of operations in Asia by 66% of 367 corporate members in an American Chamber of Commerce survey in Hong Kong--22% more than in a 1992 survey. Among those not in China, 63% intended to be in five years; 89% of those with China ties planned further investments.
