New SC Funding Quarters: SC Funding Corp. has selected Plaza Tower in Costa Mesa for its new corporate headquarters.
The company, which is the largest privately held mortgage bank in Orange County, signed a 10-year lease for 38,677 square feet of space, said broker Pat Papaccio at Grubb & Ellis in Newport Beach, which represented SC Funding.
The mortgage bank will occupy the top two floors of the 21-story building in the South Coast Plaza Town Center. It will move by September from its current quarters in Irvine’s Jamboree Center. The terms of the deal were not released.
