Credit Pact Extended: Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc....

Credit Pact Extended: Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc. announced Wednesday that it has extended for one year its $25-million credit agreement with Bank of America.

The agreement--which expired June 30 but stayed in effect during renegotiation--includes a revolving credit line, long-term debt and a revolving letter of credit. The credit line, extended until June 30, 1994, is used to fund operating expenses, said a company spokeswoman.

Santa Ana-based Wahlco designs and manufactures air pollution control and power efficiency equipment and provides services to electric utilities, co-generation plants, refineries and manufacturers worldwide. San Diego Gas & Electric Co. owns 80% of Wahlco’s outstanding stock.
