FileNet Corp.: The Costa Mesa document imaging and automation company recorded net income of $1.3 million, or 12 cents a share, for its fiscal 1994 second quarter, more than double the $601,000, or 5 cents a share, posted for the second quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter ended July 4 was up 11%, to $38.3 million from $34.6 million. For the first six months, net income declined 38% from the like period last year, to $1.6 million, or 14 cents a share, from $2.6 million, or 23 cents a share. Revenue increased 5%, to $73 million from $69.3 million.
