2-Year Treasury Note Yields Up: Yields rose to the highest level since January. The high yield was 4.26%, up from 4.16% at the last auction June 22. It was the highest rate since two-year notes sold for 4.28% on Jan. 26. The notes will carry a coupon interest rate of 4.25%, with each $10,000 in face value selling for $9,998.10.
