National Medical Enterprises Names New Top Executives: Chief Executive Jeffrey C. Barbakow, 49, was named to the additional post of chairman. Barbakow, a former managing director of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities who was named president and chief executive of NME two months ago, succeeds NME founder Richard K. Eamer, who resigned last week. The company also named as president Chief Operating Officer Michael H. Focht Sr., 50. Focht became chief operating officer in April.
