Assad’s Nephew Expelled
PARIS —
France has expelled a nephew of Syrian President Hafez Assad, declaring him undesirable, the Foreign Ministry announced Wednesday.
Ribal Assad, son of the Syrian leader’s brother Rifaat, was ordered to leave because of “his behavior for the past few months.”
