WASHINGTON — A weekly newsletter called Recovery Times to help Midwest flood victims is being published by the government and distributed without charge.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency said last week that the first issue carried stories on health and safety precautions and how to apply for assistance.
FEMA said the Agriculture Department is helping publish the tabloid, which is being printed without charge by St. Louis Offset in Olivette, Mo., and circulated at no cost by USA Today in the nine-state flood area.
