Gish Biomedical Inc.: The Irvine medical device company said profit for the fiscal year ended June 30 totaled $1.8 million, or 54 cents a share, 6% higher than the $1.7 million, or 52 cents a share, reported for the previous year. Sales were flat at $21.1 million. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 1993, profit rose 26% to $451,300, or 14 cents a share, from $359,000, or 11 cents a share, for the comparable fiscal 1992 period. Sales declined 10%, to $5.7 million from $6.3 million.
