FOUNTAIN VALLEY : Refresher Driving Course to Be Offered

Drivers over the age of 55 are invited to participate in a refresher driving course Sept. 14 and 16 at Fountain Valley Recreation Center.

The course will cover the effects of aging and medication on driving, rules, license renewal, local traffic hazards, adverse road conditions and accident prevention measures.

The “55 Alive Mature Driver Improvement Program” will meet from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on the two days. Cost for the class is $8 a person.
